Questions

Are sessions virtual?

Yes. Sessions are virtual, so you can join from anywhere. In-person options may be available in Ventura County.

What's the difference between mentorship and supervision?

Mentorship is flexible career and clinical guidance for anyone in the field. Fieldwork supervision is a formal arrangement for trainees accruing fieldwork hours toward BCBA or BCaBA certification. Mentorship sessions don't count toward fieldwork hours.

Can you supervise me if I'm outside California?

I'm a BCBA based in California, which doesn't require a state license for behavior analysts. I'm not licensed in states that do. If your state requires licensure, please check its supervision requirements before we get started.

Do I need my own clients for supervision?

Yes. Supervision is built around your own work, so you'll need your own clients through your job or placement. You'll also need formal written consent for me to observe your sessions, either live via telehealth or through recorded sessions.
